  • Set SilFer.jar as executable file. To do this, right click on SilFer.jar and choose 'Properties',then switch to the 'Permissions' tab and then simply check the box that says 'Allow executing file as program'.
  •  Run the SilFer.jar . If the app opens, close this file and start using the app. If the app does not open, you must install oracle java.
  •  Follow these steps to install oracle java (command line).  
  • sudo apt-add-repository ppa:webupd8team/java
  • sudo apt-get update
  • sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-installer
  • Run the SilFer.jar If the app opens, close this file and start using the app.  If the app does not open, contact us antonio@cvsilfer.com
